One cannot Meditate..you can be in either Meditation or Not

Hundreds of Yoga and Meditation Programs techniques sell you techniques to meditate but they are no more than a mental exercise…you get some peace only till you do it ..after that you are back to state where you started….it does not change you !

Meditation is a state of being one with your spirit and it can only happen when the mind is completely silent and you are at complete physical rest. But this is almost impossible for anyone to do ! More you try tame your mind, faster it runs away !

Hence we need a catalyst, a trigger that takes us into meditation effortlessly. Into a state where you can feel your spirit in form of a breeze, either cool or warm flowing through your palms and you slip into a state known as ‘ thoughtless awareness’ where you are fully awake but become a witness to all your thoughts going by, without reacting, and you get overcome by silence and peace like never felt before. All irritation, depression fade away by itself and the only feeling remaining is ‘joy’”. Your body feels super light and there is no kind of stress or pain anymore. So much so that you enter a completely new realm, one from which you don’t want to come back from. It improves every time you do it. Your health improves fast, energy level is high, your concentration and memory improves day bay day, all your senses become sharper, you start to find yourself at right place at right time which we also know as ‘luck factor’ and things start to work out by itself. Is that enough of motivation to try it ..as the list of benefits are endless !

Enough said now lets get to the doing part …lets do it to believe it

Find a quiet place, somewhere you cannot be bothered for next few minutes. Leave all your gadgets where you cannot see or hear them for sometime. Now here is the hypothesis that you have to try and believe. Don’t be naive to just rule it out without trying as it can be life changing as it has been to millions…including yours truly here !

Now sit back comfortably in any way you like with back straight and open your palms on your lap facing upwards and all fingers open. Look at the photograph below for few minutes with your eyes open, particularly the red dot or bindi on the forehead. If you look at the photo for few minutes of eyes open and then with eyes closes, you will automatically go into meditation ! Not a word said, nor a finger moved, just like that… Hard to believe so try it now !
